ARTIST STATEMENT
Hi! I’m Dandy Knopf (they/them) of “Deviant Kreations”. I’m a 26 year old neurodivergent, Non-binary artist based out of the Harrisonburg area. I’ve been selling my artwork out of the Harrisonburg Farmers market since 2021 and out of the Shops at Agora with my boyfriend Phoenix since 2022. My goal with my art is to help make peoples days brighter, and to make a positive difference in our local community by providing a safe space for other marginalized people.

Art has always been my happy place, it’s where I go when I’m stressed, overwhelmed, and bored. I’m fortunate that I’ve been able to make it my full time career and to connect with so many amazing people, businesses, and to build a vibrant community.
