Jan Morrow, a successful young decorator, finds herself sharing a telephone line with playboy songwriter Brad Allen. Irritated by Brad tying up the line with his frequent calls to one girl or another, Jane joins in on his conversation, sparking an ongoing phone-feud. In response, Brad arranges to meet Jan in person under the alias of Rex Stetson the Texan, whom Jan instantly falls for. Antics ensue, along with new love. Clever and lighthearted, this comedy is a brilliantly fun stage adaptation of the 1959 film by the same name, bringing a classic rom-com to the modern stage!
