A Springtime Symphony of Wildflowers

April brings a burst of color to the Arboretum with 50 species of wildflowers blooming throughout the month and many more continuing into the season. Keep an eye out for native favorites such as Virginia bluebells, bloodroot, trout lily, spring beauty, wild larkspur, true geranium, toad trillium, and other trillium varieties. These delicate blooms create a picturesque setting for nature lovers and photographers alike.

Family Adventures and Hidden Treasures

For families, the At Home in the Woods Family Garden offers an engaging space where kids can run, play, and discover nature.
