11th Annual Memorial Day Community Celebration

Join us at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds for this year’s Memorial Day Community Celebration (MDCC)! Admission and all activities are FREE for this local music festival, carnival, classic car show, and food and craft fair in one. Enjoy fellowship and fun, honoring local veterans and first responders, moments to remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice, and exploring information booths which will be set up by many of the caring local non-profit service organizations.

Free activities will include fun for all ages, such as face-painting, a mechanical bull, live music, a classic car show, bouncy houses, games, a climbing wall, mini golf, laser tag, pony rides and more!

Bring a lawn chair if you love settling in for a while to enjoy local music such as Blue Mountain Sunrise. Bring along some money if you would like to get some food, coffee, or sweet treats, or purchase a craft from a local artisan. You may also bring canned or shelf stable food items to donate to Hope Distributed if you would like to participate in our 2026 MDCC food drive.
