Artist-in-Residence Pop Up Gallery

The Hardesty-Higgins House hosts a pop-up art gallery featuring art from the Shenandoah National Park Trust artist-in-residence program over the years. Join us May 1 from 5–7 pm for a gallery opening reception! The exhibit will be on display the entire month of May. 

Shenandoah National Park’s Artist-in-Residence program offers artists a unique chance to live and work in this exceptional environment. Through the creativity of the selected artists, the works completed during the residency will deepen the understanding and appreciation of Shenandoah National Park—capturing its landscapes, stories, and sense of place in inspiring ways.
