Two Jays Kitchen & Bar

Two Jays brings together Filipino food, Latin American inspired dishes, and American classics, the flavors and traditions that shaped owner’s, Jess and Justin’s family along the way.  Harrisonburg is home to them, and this restaurant is a way of giving something back. Chef Byron grew up in Miami with Nicaraguan and Guatemalan roots, and his love of cooking started at three years old helping his Abuela make nacatamales in her kitchen. He’s been in the food industry ever since, working every position from the dish pit all the way up to sous chef. He is excited to create something Harrisonburg has never tasted before. The full menu brings together Filipino favorites, Latin American inspired dishes, and American classics. Expect bold flavors, honest portions, and a drink bar to match.
